Photoshop Designs

Subject – Term One

I have spend some time having a play around on photoshop using some of my hand printed designs and drawings from my sketchbook. I have never been very confident on Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator so after getting my hands on a macbook for a couple of days, I have downloaded the software and it has already made sure a difference. It has enabled me to be able to work on my designs from home, no more late nights in the mac suite!

I particularly like the top two designs, I think they would suit my gift wrap roll. I will prints some sheets off and have a go at wrapping them around some boxes to give myself and idea of what the finished product would look like.

The designs below are just a simple leaf patterns I painted and printed by hand. I then photocopied it into monocrome and taking the image onto photoshop to have a play around with different colours and backgrounds. I think they work really strong as a group and I thought about my previous colour ways I created in second year when choosing the colours and layouts.
