We have been asked to decide on a final 3 brands following up our research of the 15 brands we looked at. These will be used in our Pecha Kucha presentation. Additional to each brand I have listed is an individual blog post that are group in my categories.
I have chosen brand I feel are most important to me and fairly relevant to my current theme as well as brand I am interested in and would like to learn more about.
Sara Miller London is an enchanting new brand with a stunning collection of designs which celebrate a love of print, pattern and colour.
Sara is an award-winning British designer, with ten years experience across a broad range of sectors including greetings cards, fashion, print and homewares.
I really enjoyed researching this brand as it is clear that the designer is so passionate about her work and designs. Its refreshing to see this show through and the lovely ideas behind the prints. I love the cards in particular, the blues and pinks have a really warm and centimental value which is perfect depending on the customer market.
” Rifle Paper Co. is a stationery and lifestyle brand based in Winter Park, Florida founded and owned by husband and wife team, Anna and Nathan Bond. The company officially launched via riflepaperco.com in November 2009. What began as a small business based out of Anna and Nathan’s garage apartment has quickly grown into an international brand over the last six years.
Rifle Paper Co.’s roots are in stationery, but as we continue to grow and develop more products under the Rifle Paper Co. brand, we look forward to expanding the breadth and depth of our product line. We’ve also collaborated with partners like LeSportsac, Garance Doré, Paper Crown, Puffin Books, Tattly and Paperless Post, to name a few.
We strongly believe life’s personal stories and moments are best told through the gift of a handwritten card or note, and hope that our goods inspire you to share these moments with others. Please let us know if there’s anything we can assist you with or ways that we can improve your shopping experience. “
As well as their stationery and wallpapers. I came across some of their amazing art prints on their website. The prints are unique and vary in different designs. I love the more simplistic designs and the way they have used singular leafs or a repeated pattern of the same design like the flamingos and the ostriches to create a minimalist vibe which works so well.
I came across some images on pinterest which show the variation in which rifle paper designs prints for. I feel the designs work so well on all of the following stationary and interior products below as their is definitely a print for every product.
This so far has been my favourite brand to research, I LOVE her wacky range of greeting cards with witty humor. I like the actual layout of the designs also, the minimalistic words or prints stand out on the white background. As well as humorous, she designs a lot of cards that could be very meaningful to the write person depending on their situation.
